it appears that it's very quiet in scavengers land why would that be surely you guys & gals have motor talk to talk about & inform us how things are going with your motors.So i'll start mine will not fffffin work lol tried all sort's lol changed plugs swapped carbs around took carbs off cleaned them out changed facet pump to su pump made it worse tried gravity feed that was even more worse put back the first facet back on ran longer then just cuts out so given up for a moment. Started to fit a kiwi quick top hood just brackets need welding then next job to fit floating brake system will have drums turned first so hopefully brakes will work like being on juice. Then get the rear leaf spring sorted. THERE THATS A START LOL

Heyup john, not done feck all really since roustabout, think drove zephyr once but been busy so not had time to do anything really bud.... Ooops, i am making a 40ltr still though

Right I must be straight with you Guys well how can I put it Hmmmmmm Right here goes.
I HAVE NOT WORKED ON MY 29A for other four weeks now and before you all start haveing a go at me I do have my reason's.
I have been placed on a new site which takes me a Hour and a hafe to get to in the mornings and 2 to 2.5 hours to get home. So Im leaving home at 05.15hrs and getting back in at 19.10hrs so I have no time diring the week and at weekends Im down me dads and sorting other stuff out and sleeping a lot.. Well I have broke this up a bit by staying in a caravan for a couple of night during the week to help on the give me the extra boost for the weekends Well sort off. But have worked out a plan by saving up and getting every thing I need to get the Model A on the road which I intend to do over easter as I will have the week off and will head in to the garage and the only time I will leave the House will be when I test drive the A.
All I need is to get the break gear from Cling's Engineering in the USA. Then the wheel and boots put all that on and hopefully the Rad will be built by then and I would have sorted the leak in the Sump out. Reposistion the head light put the key and sorted....Then Mr John Buick we can have our race he he..So what are the rest of you Scavs or anyone eles up to .....
